"I had the pleasure of staying in a truly special place, just 30 meters from the Eiffel Tower. You can sip your morning coffee with the Iron Lady right beside you, as the light dances over the Seine. The apartment is located in a historic building full of charm, yet it’s been renovated with a modern touch and great attention to comfort and detail. Hosted by two incredibly kind and friendly young people, you feel at home from the very first moment. Everything you need is there, from bathroom essentials to fresh water in the fridge. The view is a dream: you can see the Seine right from the window, and just a few steps down the street you’ll find the water bus stop or the Bateaux Parisiens. Trocadéro is only 150 meters away, a beautiful area perfect for walks, photos, and enjoying the city’s atmosphere. It’s a place I would return to anytime, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. A beautiful Paris, lived with an open heart."

"Great location in the historical building just some meters to Eiffel Tower. Amazing Paris 7 with a lot of restaurants for the breakfast, lunch and dinners. Very safe feeling during walk. You can prepare also Tea in property - what was important for me:). thanks to the host."

"There were plenty of snacks, fruits, juices provided and the entire kitchen is available if you prefer to make something by yourself any time of the day/night. We stayed 6 nights with a dense schedule so we used the kitchen regularly. Our host Elisa was very pleasant, helpful, accommodating, welcoming person. She helped us with the laundry, taxes, information about the city... we felt very welcomed and enjoyed our week thankful to her! We would definitely book this apartment again. Thank you so much, Elisa!!!"

"Getting in was a bit of a challenge. Had to wait until 6:30 pm to check in. Maybe just because it was New Year's Eve, I don't know. Checking in that late was a hassle."

"Great location near brasseries, cafes, shopping and public location. Beautiful view from the living room dining room window of the Seine. Close to public transportation and the “c” train that runs along the river and makes quick work of getting to major attractions. Building felt quite secure with several levels of security. And major bonus after a long day of walking… a cute tiny elevator (after a few steps up) makes getting luggage and tired bodies up to apt). Comfortable common area to relax and hang out when you need a break. More importantly than the property was the gracious host who is full of local knowledge of recommendations of places to eat. Places to go and inside knowledge of local music clubs and what times to go to different things to avoid crowds. If you wanting a full service hotel this might not be your place but if you a safe, clean, comfortable, place to"

"Missed having the ability to make coffee real coffee (not a bit fan of the instant coffee that was offered. Even a simple French press would be lovely addition for a regular coffee drinkers."
